Experienced Career Services leader responsible for managing campus hiring programs, workshops, & events, as well as supervising the federally funded Job Location & Development division. Develops hiring and training guides for supervisors and students, as well as career readiness content for groups and individuals. Strong technical and financial skills have allowed me to work as a database administrator to develop annual reporting for internship and job placement outcomes, and maintain compliance for federal funding. Some accomplishments include setting up and transitioning the department to new CSM software systems and developing automated payroll auditing and correction for campus jobs. In secondary roles I have served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Colleges & Employers, in addition to being an Adjunct Professor and Internship Director for the School of Psychology.
