As the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Hype and Vice, I oversee all facets of our operations, including negotiating licensing agreements with over 350+ universities across the USA and closing deals with esteemed sports organizations such as the NBA, NHL, and MLS. Currently, I am actively engaged in negotiations to expand our presence internationally.In addition to managing a diverse team of independent sales representatives across the country, I also oversee the entire accounting team—from accounts receivable and accounts payable to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This comprehensive approach ensures effective coordination and execution of our sales strategies while maintaining financial stability.Moreover, I’ve broadened our distribution channels, now reaching over national retailers and university campus stores. Rigorous analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) guides our strategic decision-making process, allowing us to forecast sales revenue accurately across both our B2B and DTC channels.Handling the complexities of the entire international vertical-integrated supply chain is a core responsibility, ensuring seamless operations. Tailoring growth strategies to the unique characteristics of each campus is integral to our expansion plans. Lastly, meticulous budget management is a cornerstone of our operations, allowing us to assess feasibility and optimize resource allocation effectively.I also lead the growth strategy of the company and make sure we hit our yearly goals.
