   Develop & manage strong relationships with supply chain partners, in order to position DryBev as the go to partner for first right of refusal on any overstocked or critical material options. This includes negotiations with vendors for a combination of quality material, best prices, terms and shipment minimums that maximize cost savings. • Develop/ refine a procurement strategy with short & long range goals to promote value, efficiency and growth • Utilized supplier overstock by negotiating further discounted pricing for our sales team to gain immediate access to new PO opportunities Ex: Creatine Mono – 40-45MT of material was sourced in addition to the MRP which brought in extra POs that otherwise would not have existed. This includes: o 20MT to be prepaid by the brand o 8MT to a brand that pays upon receiving o 6.5MT for a partner play to secure a large potential piece of business • Analyze & order from MRP • Crosscheck outstanding items with Misys / BC / receiving log to see what items need to be released or pushed out • Production KPI - review avg qty completed per day • Open PO report, includes tracking • Sourcing material on short notice due to damages, expired product etc • Managing vendors and setting/delivering expectations to the DB team • 3-way save all purchase orders, packing slips, COA’s, etc. for receiving department & AP • Working with vendors to hold stock in their warehouse until we need to release it this helping relieve cash flow • Negotiating additional term extensions with strategic partners to further improve internal cash flow • Handles inventory adjustments upon cycle count completion to ensure accurate inventory values and to maximize gross profit without being overstocked. • Cycle count close dated/excess material due to brand cancellations and work along side key partners to offload before expiration • Recently took on warehouse receiving duties to assist & keep the company up to date and the system accurate & avoid purchasing errors
