As a Regional Account Manager at Novo Nordisk, I launched two products: Wegovy for cardiovascular health and Ozempic for chronic kidney disease. My focus was on building strong relationships with key accounts in the healthcare industry, both at the regional and national levels, including State Medicaid, HCSC, CVS, Optum RX, and Kaiser. This approach aimed to improve patient access to care for products related to obesity, diabetes, metabolic health, and cardiovascular conditions. By negotiating direct contracts and securing formulary placements, I successfully increased product visibility and access to it. Furthermore, collaborating with influential decision-makers helped enhance brand awareness and corporate integration.
