Banking management for more than 30 yrs. Customer Service. Customer Relationship Manager. As a military spouse I moved often through the years but was able to still grow in the banking industry. Every time I was hired for a new position, I was able to advance to a job with higher pay and learned more skills. Once the moving stopped, I was able to grow some roots, During 19 years at BOFA I went from a part time teller to Banking Center Manager as a Vice President. The position was very challenging but I am a goal oriented person, so I strived to reach goals on a weekly/montly basis. Some goals were more challenging but that is how you grown. Stretch those limits.
