Partnering with senior management, leadership, and the wider business on a variety of HR tasks across the employee lifecycle, lead central projects, provide advice and a trusted partner- Build relationships with managers and develop in-depth understanding of their goals and priorities - Provide sound, informed and proactive advice in absence management, performance, conduct, acquisitions, compliance, grievance and other HR and ER issues - Support and mentor other HR professionals within the group - Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant employment law and HR best practice and apply knowledge to developing and improving HR policies and practices - Manage short and medium-term projects within the larger HR team
