Kim has over 30 years of progressive leadership experience at Travelers. She began her career in 1992 as a Surety Claim Specialist where she managed miscellaneous surety and financial guarantee claims while overseeing salvage matters. Following the Aetna merger in 1996, Kim transitioned to Travelers Bond Claim as a Salvage Manager, taking on regional responsibility for the Southeast and Mid-West territories. Her proven leadership and strategic acumen led to her appointment as Bond Claim Strategic Initiatives Director in 2006. Kim\'s role expanded significantly in 2010 when she assumed additional oversight of the Recovery Management Unit and was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Bond & Specialty Insurance Claim Strategic Initiatives. She currently leads the Bond & Specialty Insurance Claim Strategic Initiatives, Technology and Business Performance Analytics groups, where she drives innovation and operational excellence across multiple critical business functions. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and earned her Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) designation from the Insurance Institute of America in demonstrating her commitment to professional development and industry expertise.
