I’ve been drawn to medicine for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I was the one asking how hospitals worked, how doctors made decisions, and why some systems felt harder to navigate than they should. That early curiosity eventually turned into a career at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and transformation.Today, I lead digital transformation initiatives across financial services and healthcare in the US. My focus is practical: help organizations modernize systems, improve operations, and align technology with real business and clinical needs. I’ve worked across provider and payer environments, leading cross-functional teams through platform launches, operational improvements, and enterprise-level change.Before stepping into consulting, I spent years inside healthcare organizations managing digital operations and programs. That experience shaped how I work today. I understand the pressure clinical and operational teams face, and I approach transformation with empathy, structure, and accountability.I’m especially interested in building systems that reduce friction, whether that’s improving a healthcare platform’s performance or helping leadership teams connect strategy to execution.Outside of work, I enjoy community volunteering focused on health education and access. I also love contemporary dance and long weekend hikes. Both keep me grounded and remind me that progress, whether personal or organizational, is built step by step.
