Mrs. Kimberly McDonnell is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Professional Practice at CVSHealth. Mrs. McDonnell joined CVSHealth in 2011 and leads a PBM team of industry professionals who are experts in government and commercial healthcare regulations, industry trends and pharmacy practice. Mrs. McDonnell is a health care executive with over 25 years of successful industry experience. Prior to joining CVS Health, Ms. McDonnell spent 18 years on the Managed Health Plan side of the business, leading the regulatory affairs and compliance agenda for two national health plans. Mrs. McDonnell is a member of the CVSHealth Diversity Committee, an active participant, leader, and advocate in multiple healthcare policy workgroups, including HHS, CMS, PCMA, AHIP, etc. Mrs. McDonnell holds a Master of Public Health degree from East Tennessee State University. She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Villanova University, and is a graduate of AHIP’s Executive Leadership Program, and Duke University’s Advanced Leadership Program.
