Provide overall strategic vision as a member of INCLUDEnyc’s program leadership team. Supervise and oversee the Early Childhood Program team of six professionals, who develop and implement group and individual professional development, coaching, and direct assistance to key stakeholders from the general and special education community. Stakeholders include parents, families and caregivers, school staff, and community-based professionals working with children and youth with disabilities. As an integral part of a project implementation team, responsibilities include- cultivating and maintaining partnerships with public and community based organizations to promote positive outcomes for children and youth with disabilities- Lead and support and team members in delivering high quality program services- Facilitate joint planning and collaborative implementation with NYC DOE and NYSED representatives and other partners- Provide and support the delivery of training to family members of young people with disabilities, as well as professional development to educational and program staff- Provide and support the delivery of direct assistance to family members and professionals- Ensure accurate and thorough tracking of services and outcomes, assess data to monitor progress, and produce reports for various stakeholders- Participate in leadership and organizational partner meetings, and represent INCLUDEnyc at community meetings, events, and conferences.
