Leatherman is a $100 million + consumer products manufacturing company shipping in over 85 countries.Develop, implement, monitor, and administer human resources programs, policies, and procedures in support of strategic objectives. Lead analysis, continuous improvement and execution of programs of administration, compliance, document control, employee communication, HRIS and organizational development programs. Provide guidance to leadership and employees with employee relations. Create programs including but not limited to employee retention, succession planning, workforce planning, human capital management, talent management, and job competencies. Serve as a coach/mentor for employees and leaders. Led development and training of safety programs to improve productivity of the organization’s employees and reduce risk, control costs, analyze and ensure compliance throughout the business.
