ABOUT KIMBERLY MAGNOWSKI ELY
Kimberly launched her career in real estate in 2019. As a proud member of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Exton Office, she helps individuals in Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, and Montgomery counties to meet their real estate goals across varying marketplaces. She brings enthusiasm and professionalism to listings, showings, closings, and more. She can\'t wait to say,\"Welcome Home.\" Kimberly has also worked in education, serving a variety of needs and constituencies. In the fields of admissions and recruitment, she has built marketing initiatives through web and print content development. She has contributed toward growth within Eastern University\'s accelerated online learning program, which is focused on a hybrid model of adult learning. In 2012, she received her MEd in Multicultural Education from Eastern University, along with a PA teacher\'s certification in English, grades 7-12. She began teaching as an adjunct for Eastern University\'s associate degree program in 2013. In April of 2013, she was published in an anthology titled,\"Slants of Light.\" In her role as the Instructional Systems Design Editing Specialist for 21st Century Cyber Charter School, Kimberly worked to edit content for new course development, which includes working with teachers, and members of the curriculum committee to assess and draft standards aligned coursework for students in grades 6-12. She also worked to grow an online presence for the cyber charter school, while combating negative media perceptions of online learning. This has been accomplished through social media content organization and development. She has acted as a liaison for parents and teachers to bring legislative issues affecting cyber schools to higher awareness.
