Responsible for supporting ENI from an Operational JV Accounting Perspective • Train Employees on ENI Joint Venture Operations • Lead JV Cash Application Process by Clearing Cash Monthly As Well As Working With Treasury on Bank issues • Complete Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations of Related Joint Venture Accounts (Cash, A/R, A/P, Prepayments) and Provide Commentary on Discrepancies • Actively participate in monthly closing processes to ensure timely and accurate billings to partners (Overhead, Suspense, Payroll Burden, and Cutback) • Review all cutback postings and load into Energy Link • Identify and calculate drilling, construction, and operating overhead per the JOA (Joint Operating Agreement) • Set Up New JOAs, Ventures, and Overhead Rules in SAP • Prepare quarterly payout statements working with the revenue and production groups • Ensure All Yearly Escalations are Input into SAP • Work with various departments to ensure accurate billing of partners • Prepare all IFRS16 Entries and Reconciliations Monthly ensuring accurate management of leases • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in an accurate and timely manner • Update and maintain SOX controls and all supporting documentation monthly as it relates to Joint Interest Billings and IFRS 16 • Advise auditors on accounting procedures and entries • Prepare monthly schedules relating to capex • Manage and Maintain AFEs ensuring costs are captured in a timely manner • Record ROU and DD & A entries monthly • Ensure accurate monthly accruals for all capital projects • Oversee Monthly Allocation of Boat and Helicopter Charges • Continuously Work to Improve Processes and Maintain Up to Date Process Guides
