I have worked consecutively in the retail industry for 26 years and have found that my passion and purpose is in creating team centricity, building culture and instilling values back into people and stores. My time and direct exposure in each of the businesses has given me a profound appreciation for how hard the retail employee works and a deep understanding of the customer experience and their expectation. From that, I have derived a unique method of creating success through fostering teams that are focused on people and a foundation of what drives and motivates us as individuals, and as a unit. My emphasis is on gaining trust, creating cohesiveness and stability in the stores and on generating new and innovative ideas to further our leadership education and development. My goal and ultimate measure for success lies in not only in devout team retention, but also supreme customer loyalty.
