Drive the regional DTC Footwear planning, allocation and replenishment strategy for 550 full price and outlet stores across US, Mexico, and Canada, with sales exceeding $770M and monthly allocations averaging 1.0M units. Direct and manage all pre-season and in-season allocation and replenishment activities encompassing just over 300 new product introductions each season. Manage total store and category inventory to planned levels and initiate adjustments as needed to ensure in stock positions on all basic + current seasonal products. Direct the store ranking process by category groups for 3 major seasonal buys. Launched a forecasting tool to plan unit sales, receipts, and inventory with sell through targets to produce appropriate consolidation quantities while maintaining capacity + space for replenishment of basics and bought for outlet products. Develop and maintain necessary merchandising reports for key components of sales, inventory levels and turnover, relating to the allocation and replenishment of product. Influenced the design, build and business requirements for the introduction, and rollout, of a forecasting + replenishment tool as well as a new allocation system.
