Responsible for guiding and coaching employees in order for this branch to continue to deliver its geography’s business plans that position Membership, Insurance and Travel products and services strategically and successfully. Other functions in my role include:Accountability for the delivery of revenue and profitability Responsibility for the branch’s sale of products, including Membership, P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, and ancillary Insurance Products and Travel, tracking day-to-day and monthly issues and trends, developing and managing strategies that will lead to new business development, penetrate competitor markets, and deliver on growth objectives, cultivating a network of community relationships while representing interests to community leaders and other key audiences, and creating an engaging work environment.Project Participation:Participated in a Mobile Security Device project which resulted in new/updated guidelines, procedures, policies, and system configurations being put into place to help protect the club and our data.Participation on panel for Managing to Win Leadership classes to help Team Members in the club understand and model the characteristics of a successful leader. Participation on developing a training program for the Home Valuation Tool to ensure and efficient process and compliance is being followed for use of the tool to ensure accuracy in use for the club and the insurance group
