Bring maximum value to our government clients by guiding them through our Design Intelligence framework and human-centered design thinking. Provide direction and oversight to a team of UI/UX Designers, Service Designers, and Visual Designers and work alongside a cross-functional team of scrum masters, developers, and analysts. Collaborate with project and design teams to develop vision, strategy, objectives, and initiatives that enhance the end-to-end customer experience.Develop and deliver creative user-centered solutions and clearly and efficiently communicate rationale and ideas to key stakeholdersAssist program managers, portfolio/practice leads, and the recruiting team with reviewing resumes and interviewing talent to staff Design and Strategy roles on projects. Work on internal initiatives to elevate Steampunk\'s brand and web presence by creating brand standards, marketing materials, communication, and logo designs for practice areas and portfolios.
