I have over twenty years’ experience in the healthcare industry with a comprehensive background in patient care, strategic planning, program development, process improvement, and revenue cycle management for charge capture. My clinical experience in the operating room and as a registered nurse first assistant for a high-volume cardiovascular surgery practice provided the foundation for subsequent roles in the cardiovascular strategic service line, revenue cycle services, and managing a project management team to drive reduction of unwarranted variation to improve outcomes and optimize cost across a sixteen-facility hospital system.
