Compliance Specialist:Follow the design, engineering, and execution of all Sea Ray and Boston Whaler brand prototypes from early design stages thru product integration. As Compliance Specialist, I am responsible to ensure the vessel is compliant to USCG, ISO, ABYC, RSG, Canadian and NFPA regulations & standards. Create all required documentation and applications to certify each model for every type of market. Coordinate with the assemblers, designers, engineers, CAD team, managers, and executives throughout model development and assembly. Assure the correct installation, proper operation of all systems, and overall fit and finish of the prototypes. Daily inspections are completed where issues, opportunities, and improvements are communicated with the assembly team, supervisors, and managers. Work with management to recognize/implement cost saving strategies while attaining a quality product. Validate new product and product improvement through extensive on-water testing.Technical Publications Manager:Lead a team of technical writers who create and maintain the Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, and Commercial Products owner\'s manuals and supplemental documentation provided to the consumers.
