Employee Relations Advisor HR Support Supervisor @Sprouts Farmers Market

Promote a positive work environment for team members by resolving Employee Relations Issues. Guide Managers and Human Resources on employee relations issues, including discipline, grievances, conflict resolution, and the EAP program. Ensure programs are administered fairly across the employee population. Investigate allegations of team member and employer misconduct and recommends resolution. Investigate, resolve, and provide counsel on highly sensitive and high-risk cases as requested. Ensure consistent and fair application of Sprouts Farmers Market policies and procedures. Establish strategic partnerships with Field Human Resources leaders through advice, assistance, and counsel on employee relations. Respond to routine employee relations inquiries. Work in partnership with assigned Human Resources Advisors to ensure trends and issues within regions are appropriately investigated, addressed, and resolved Identify process gaps and provide a solution Assist manager with staff requirements. Lead the HR Advisors on all HR-related processes, tasks, and overall administration Identify & address employee requirements, i.e, performance, training & development plans. Training staff on HR policies, practices & procedures. Arrange training sessions for new starters and refresher sessions with existing employees. Provide resolutions to complaints and inquiries.
