As Cofounder and Executive Director, Kim is responsible for leading the team in bringing their incredible mission into fruition. With big goals to grow our impact in Chicago and beyond, she is responsible for building general business policies and procedures, creating and executing long term growth strategies, brand building, marketing and social media management, team development, and managing donor relations.
