   Leader with primary responsibility for Equinix’s Base, Bonus, Equity, Job Architecture, and annual Focal Point Review (“GPS”) programs for more than 12k employees across 30+ countries. Additionally, leading Americas compensation for more than 7k employees in North, Central, and South America. Global Compensation position was created to focus on evolving company goals to globalize and streamline processes and technology. Built a team of 11 employees and partnering with a matrixed team across the globe. • Developed Compensation philosophy and program designs to successfully attract and retain employees to meet business needs. Partnering with HR leaders and teams, Systems, Payroll, Legal, and others, to deliver streamlined processes, improved system functionality, and clear and concise communication materials. • Identifying foundational issues in Workday configuration. Partnering with various HR teams and leaders to identify business requirements, while aligning program design with an overall technical solution. Implementing phased approach for appropriate and innovative solutions to address challenges while responsibly maintaining existing operations. • Delivered over $331.6M in Rewards spend to nearly 8k employees through annual Focal Point Review cycle. Rebuilt the annual merit cycle in Workday to include Sales rewards planning and rebalancing efforts, complicated Brazil Profit Sharing, and other groups that were being planned in off-line spreadsheets. Allowing increased line of sight for managers, HR, and Executives. Developed change, communications, and learning materials to educate on the new wholistic Compensation philosophy and Rewards planning process.
