About Kimberly Gremillion

For over ten years, I have been in the reimbursement space at Biogen, a leading biotechnology company that develops and delivers innovative therapies for people living with serious neurological and neurodegenerative diseases. I have a BA in Political Science and Government from Louisiana Tech University and a strong background in the biotech industry.In my current role, I manage key accounts across five states. I work to provide patient access to medications for spinal muscular atrophy, Friedrich ataxia, and SOD-1 ALS. From large hospital systems to private practices, I assist with procurement and reimbursement for over 4500 buy and bill doses annually. My core competencies include key account management, reimbursement, product access, and REMS education. I am passionate about providing access and reimbursement solutions for multiple sclerosis brands such as Avonex, Plegridy, Tecfidera, and Tysabri. I work collaboratively with infusion staff, payers, physicians, and patients to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction. I am motivated by the mission of Biogen to make a positive difference in the lives of millions of patients around the world.
