Kimberly manages the design and execution of several projects in pre-development and construction throughout Manhattan. Her management of forward-thinking and economical designs have translated into direct cost-savings, de-risked design processes, and ensure that Tishman Speyer achieves major project milestones and development targets. Kimberly’s current role includes the responsibility for leading and facilitating multiple aspects of the design and construction process, including the management of architects, engineers, and contractors, as well as the interface with various regulatory agencies necessary for the successful implementation of her development projects. Throughout her career, she has gravitated to the design and implementation of building enclosures, becoming an industry leader in curtainwall design, material selection, detailing, testing, and installation. Having both a design sensibility and a hands-on understanding of the technical components of enclosure assemblies, as well as the ability to successfully manage a diverse project team, Kimberly is uniquely positioned to execute upon the largest and most complex enclosure projects presented today. As a licensed Architect in NY, she has more than 20 years of experience directing and overseeing the design, documentation and construction of some of NYC’s largest and most complex projects. Prior to her time at Tishman Speyer Kimberly was an Associate Director at SOM where she led teams that provided design and documentation services for a variety of sustainably driven projects including large scale office headquarters, and mixed-use masterplan projects such as Manhattan West for Brookfield Properties, the Framework and infrastructure plan for Cornell Tech’s Roosevelt Island Campus and New School University for the Durst Organization. Throughout her career Kimberly has had a hand in leading a variety of interdisciplinary projects such as Javits Convention Center, NYTimes Bldg and 11 Times Square.
