Working with, and for our customers, I have led multiple global solution implementations.At Steelcase, I’ve led multiple technology teams, led ITIL Services implementation, introduced IT Leaders to Heartmath, was instrumental in the formation of a global IT Project Management Office, and led the startup of the Agile Transformation for IT. I now lead our global Engineering Systems and Services team. Our mission is to help our engineering customers find joy in their work by providing a PLM platform, and its related processes and services, to help shorten and improve the design, launch, quality, and overall life cycle management of our products, product data and related processes.In the community, I’ve facilitated a cross-company PMP Community of Practice, held positions with our local PMP chapter, Scouts, and MSUE Master Gardner and Master Naturalist programs, and taught as a Catechist and Marriage Prep facilitator in our church.My educational background includes a BSEE + Computer Science, and certifications in Project Management, ITIL Service Delivery, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership. With added experience in Lean, GTD, 5S, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Contemplative retreats.
