Develop relationships with key provider offices and community influencers. Create staffing schedule for \"agent of the day\" program with key providers. The end goal of this role is to convert more patients to be a Gold Kidney Health Plan member. Planning events in the community and working with brokers will be key to this role. Must have great communication and presentation skills. Able to work well within a team. Ability to answer questions, utilize knowledge of the company\'s products and services to answer questions and provide solutions. Build trust with potential customers, providers, and community influencers by focusing on their needs and exhibiting a service-focused mindset. Document interactions in a CRM system and follow up as needed. Maintain a positive attitude during all interactions. Have a competitive, self-motivated personality.Needs to have flexibility with business needs.
