COLLABORATOR I’m very honored and proud to be part of a company that is so thoroughly dedicated to its clients, its people, and its culture. I believe in our people and how extraordinary they are. Our camaraderie and ability to provide people with truly personalized, local service is one of my top priorities to continue, whether we stay a smaller company or become a huge company.As the CEO, my biggest responsibility is to make sure the business of private wealth operates efficiently and effectively. For this, I’m focusing on the culture of the company and that people stay with it, that they do what they say they’re going to do, and that they hire the right person that fits with the company’s culture more so than hiring just top-producers. This is crucial to the company’s development. Without the right fit of people, the efficiency and effectiveness of the company will dwindle. I will also direct my efforts toward helping all employees and owners to continue to grow as individuals. That will be done through training, education, and succession planning. It’s important to me that our organization’s morale is high and that everyone stays engaged and working with their clients.
