I have extensive experience handling claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. My litigation practice spans state and federal courts, arbitration, and appearances before agencies such as the EEOC, California Civil Rights Department, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
