As a branch administrator, I handled all administrative functions in the office, as well as ensuring the operations of our offices ran smoothly. I assisted multiple branches in the Atlanta market and served as key contact for clients, vendors, branch personnel, regional management teams and corporate colleagues. Additionally, entrusted to handle two acquisition P&L- Payroll: Entering weekly payroll was completed in time and accurately, processed payroll for up to three branches and 100+ employees, 100% accuracy for monthly branch metrics, certified payroll for construction contracts- Accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Billing, Collections, Prepare month-end and closing materials, follow SOX and GAAP. Prepping and processing AIA (construction) pay applications and general contractor/subcontractor forms- General Office Duties: Answering phones, supply procurement, mail attendant, maintain and retain confidential files, organizing company lunches & events/meetings/trainings, maintaining office equipment and general IT support- Human Resources: Onboarding, hiring, recruiting, training, maintaining employee files, workers compensations, OSHA, Leave of Absence, H2B worker processes, incident reports, maintain DOT driver files- Landscape contracts: procure, draft, and execute landscape and construction contracts.
