Lead the Company’s Labor & Employment Legal Function, overseeing all aspects of domestic and international employment law strategy and execution, including labor relations, HR compliance, and policy development. Serve as primary labor and employment legal advisor to the C-Suite and senior leadership, delivering strategic guidance on high-risk and high-impact employment issues, including executive-level separations, workforce restructuring, global mobility, union activity, and risk mitigation. Manage and develop the Labor & Employment Legal Team, driving operational excellence, team performance, and alignment with organizational growth objectives. Provide legal oversight for complex issues including employee relations, internal investigations, wage and hour compliance, OSHA, Equity and Inclusion, and contingent workforce management. Advise on traditional labor relations strategy, including union avoidance, collective bargaining, grievances and dispute resolution. Oversee outside counsel to ensure cost-effective, results-oriented representation in employment related matters. Advise on global employment law and mobility issues, supporting compliance and consistency across international operations. Collaborate closely with Ethics & Compliance and Privacy teams to guide investigations related to the Code of Conduct, complaints, and data privacy in the workplace. Design and deliver employment law training for business partners and HR, and develop scalable, legally compliant policies and procedures aligned with evolving U.S. and global requirements. Monitor and analyze regulatory and legal developments to ensure the company remains compliant and well-positioned to navigate emerging trends in U.S. and global employment law. Recognized as a trusted executive advisor and cross-functional collaborator, fostering alignment among Legal, HR, Compliance, and operational teams to reduce risk and drive innovation.
