With over 20 years in the biotech industry, I\'ve dedicated my career to driving successful project outcomes for life science clients. As part of the Life Science practice at Colliers, I specialize in guiding clients through every stage of their project journey, from site selection to operational startup of their lab and office. At Colliers, my role involves supporting clients from space programming discussions through lease execution and relocation to their new space. I facilitate roundtable discussions, assist with vendor selection, lab equipment procurement, review leases, provide site selection guidance, and manage design, budgets and timelines for construction projects.My journey in the biotech sector began as a research scientist, where I led teams and collaborated closely with manufacturing to characterize drug formulations. I then transitioned to CMC project management, gaining experience in timeline management and clinical study execution. Subsequently, I played a pivotal role in the setup and expansion of R&D and QC labs for commercial drug testing.As Director of Facilities for a startup biotech, I oversaw the successful operation of lab and office spaces, led the search for new headquarters and manufacturing sites, and managed construction projects amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining Colliers, I contributed to the growth of a boutique lab operations and project management firm, overseeing internal operations and driving company expansion.With a BS in Biology from Emmanuel College and deep roots in the Greater Boston area, I bring a wealth of expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional results to every project I undertake.
