I currently work as a Business Process Analyst in Merck & Co.\'s Small Molecule Value Chain Management team. In this role, I handle data analytics, modeling, product leadership, and project management, with a specific focus on the Diabetes franchise. My responsibilities also extend to shaping the global launch and filing strategy for new cardiovascular treatments. Within data analytics, I create Strategic Asset Management models to guide our manufacturing sites\' long-term strategic decisions.Before my current position, I collaborated with external manufacturing partners in Merck\'s Global Technical Operations group, where I facilitated the technical transfer of new biologic products and provided technical support for Keytruda.My Merck journey began in the Manufacturing Leadership Development Program, a three-year rotational program that exposed me to various roles and locations, including operations management, process engineering for capital projects, and global project management.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University (2017) and am pursuing both an MBA and an MS in Global Supply Chain at Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with an expected completion date in 2024.
