Developed comprehensive Business Canvas skills and in-depth understanding of business layers.Honed communication skills through conducting over 100 conversations to identify effective solution for the problem of low employee engagement rates. Conducted extensive background research and fieldwork. Acquired advanced pitch skills, including research, creation, and presentation. Gained expertise in identifying and addressing gaps and blind spots within a business.Accomplishments:Invited to join the board of directors for the Canadian Institute of Workplace Harassment and Violence.Support from District 3:Solidified a strong foundation for Takkle, boosting my confidence and strategic thinking.Learned to ask critical questions and think outside the box.Benefited from mentorship and guidance from Julie Hamel, Mitalie Makhani, Sarah Naylor, and Fatima Kamage. Challenges Overcome:Achieved clarity on next steps and overcame initial uncertainties, transitioning Takkle from a pre-seed concept to a launched business.
