As a Sexual Health & HIV Consultant at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, I have 20 years of experience in providing specialist care for people living with HIV and sexual and reproductive health issues. I am a member of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH), the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV (BASHH), and the British Menopause Society (BMS).I am passionate about empowering and enabling individuals to access care for their specific needs and optimise their health and well-being. I have a particular interest in how digital technology can make services more accessible, enhance the user experience, improve operational efficiency, and provide meaningful metrics. I have a diploma in Transformational Coaching, ILM certification in Medical Leadership and Management. I am accredited as a facilitator for Strengthscope and offer Strengths based assessments and coaching for individuals and teams.I am FSRH Training Programme Director and the Directorate Lead for Contraception at Chelsea and Westminster, where I deliver clinical training, FSRH assessments half days (AHD) and oversee governance service redesign and expansion of integrated sexual and reproductive health care.
