ABOUT KIMBERLEY WEBB
I am educated to masters level but the learning has not stopped there, since university I have obtained qualifications in Prince 2 and I am CIPD HR Level 5 qualified. In my working career I am a dedicated and hardworking Programmes Lead who is accountable for leading large, multi-stream projects of high complexity to achieve client and business expectations. I achieve this through proactively planning, tracking, reporting, excellent management skills whilst adhering to agreed scope, company regulations and commercial pressures. Previously, I have played the role of a People Lead for 150 Connected Learning employees offering employment relations assistance on a daily basis. I am people passionate and enjoy working as part of a close knit team. Aside from work, I enjoy watching Wales play rugby and currently play competitive tennis for South Wales, Cardiff Castle and Usk tennis clubs. Back in the day, I used to play tennis internationally. One of my fondest sporting memories was competing for Wales but sadly those days have passed. I was fortunate enough to have obtained a scholarship to Millfield School and an American university (Coastal Carolina) where I was able to continue with my studies as well as compete at international and national level.
