About Kimberley Rush
I retired from a 31 year career in public service for an amazing opportunity to improve the safety culture in the private sector. After 16 1/2 years in program, contract, and budget management at the County of Fresno, I spent two years as the Clovis Fire Department Business Manager. I started my career as a safety professional in 2008 for the City of Clovis Public Utilities Department where I remained until July 2020. At that time, I stepped out of my comfort zone of public service for an opportunity to reach more people, effecting a positive safety culture shift for PG & E\'s employees. My passion is to share what I know to help others become safety mentors and safety advocates. That, I believe, is where true culture change happens. As of September 2021, I\'m working within PG & E\'s Regional Safety Organization, providong safety program management support for GC/System Inspections, including SIP-T, UAV, and Distribution System Inspections.
