Responsible for the administration, leadership and direction of day to day operations of Rockville General Hospital. Also provides executive leadership to the following areas: CorpCare, The Center for Healthy Living, Palliative Care, Post-Acute Navigation, Neurology & EEG, Rehabilitation Services, and the Sleep Center. Serves as Administrator On-Call and also acts as the ECHN Coordinated Regional Care Liaison for activities connected to hospital operations. Accountable for annual goals/strategic initiatives related to operational improvements, new programs and a positive employee environment in all support areas. Also serves as Service Line Leader for Complex/Post-Acute Care and Neurosciences. Collaborates with system clinical and administrative leaders to optimize the quality and efficiency of care delivery, ease of access, while evaluating opportunities. Identifies barriers to care and develops processes and/or programmatic improvements to address same. Develops and/or enhances engagement strategic with providers, offices and the community utilizing care within Complex Care/Post-Acute Care and Neurosciences.
