Highly versatile, with business operations, project management and contract management roles held for more than 15 years.I am educated to post graduate level, with a demonstrated history in both private and public sectors working across departments to align teams, set goals, metrics and reporting, execute initiatives and improve processes and performance - helping organisations to holistically understand where they are currently performing, run efficiently, effectively and achieve their aims.Experience has revealed a particular tenacity for stakeholder engagement and relationship building across various departments and all levels of an organisation including operations, directors, contractors and clients whilst maintaining an honest rapport with those I work with. Without the need to directly manage, I am able to gain hearts and minds and influence actions of various teams to move towards common goals. I enjoy working with teams to understand what gets in their way and working collaboratively to set them up for success.I succeed when the organisation and their customers succeed!I am tenacious with an open mind and flexible approach to completing tasks with awareness of when delivery needs to be a \"project\" or when \"just do it\" has its place.My projects and roles have been varied and wide ranging from governance and performance management, negotiation of SLAs, service transitions, construction projects, business change & improvement, and co-ordinating preparations for legislative/regulatory reforms.
