I am passionate about coaching and the individualized results it is capable of garnering. On a team, I am steadfast on the big picture, enjoy the strategy, and believe in pushing organizational goals forward by strengthening the individuals within it. My individual approach to coaching combines the personal and professional. Balance is key, so while working and contributing to society is a noble pursuit, I don\'t see the point if we\'re not having fun too. Whether working with an organization, team or individual, my mission is often to nearly work myself out of a job. As a coach, I hope to provide the insights, tools and practice for my clients to be able to confidently navigate current and future employment decisions with their strengths and priorities as a clearly defined guide-map. The focus is to ensure people are happy with the way they work (which just so happens to get the best results!). I believe that where there is a workforce of organizations serving needs and desires of communities, there is a space for the needs and desires of each contributor.
