Seasoned lawyer with extensive regulatory and transactional experience, first as an investment management associate at KL Gates LLP and subsequently as in-house counsel to two large asset management firms. More recently gained wide-ranging capital markets experience working as an assistant general counsel for an institutional broker-dealer. Currently I am enjoying a new investment management compliance role. In my previous roles, I have supervised a multi-site corporate governance team and managed regulatory exams and inquiries. I have drafted and negotiated a wide variety of investment management, distribution and ordinary course agreements.
