ABOUT KIMBERLEY CORLEY

I’m excited to have recently started my new role as Business Manager at Chorlton Family Practice, part of Manchester’s thriving primary care community.In this role, I’ll be supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centred care through effective operational management. I’ll be leading on areas such as practice performance, compliance, team coordination, and the continuous improvement of systems and workflows that help us provide outstanding service to our patients.I bring with me several years of NHS experience, most recently as a Manager in Irlam under Salford CCG. Over this time, I’ve developed a solid foundation of skills in leadership, communication, and organisational strategy. I’ve worked closely with both clinical and non-clinical teams, managed a broad range of responsibilities including HR, complaints handling, GDPR, Information Governance, and served as the IT lead, driving forward digital innovation and operational efficiency within the practice.What drives me is ensuring high-quality care, supporting team development, and building strong, trusting relationships with both staff and patients. I’m passionate about making a positive impact in primary care and I’m proud to take this next step at Chorlton Family Practice.
