With over 20 years of executive experience in program management, strategic planning, organizational change management, and operations, I am currently the SVP of Talent/HR & Chief DEI Officer at Extreme Networks, a global leader in cloud-driven networking solutions. In this role, I report to the CEO and lead the global talent organization, which includes talent strategy, talent management, talent acquisition, and DEI outcomes.I am passionate about optimizing people processes, systems, and culture to support and accelerate our growing company, as well as promoting and fostering an inclusive culture where all employees bring their authentic, diverse voices, and their unique talents.
