ABOUT KIMBERLEY BAILEY

I am a family law solicitor in Bristol dealing with all areas of family law, including divorce, separation, financial settlements and cases involving children as well as cohabitation and nuptial agreements. I advise individuals whether they are married, engaged, cohabiting or in civil partnerships, even concerned grandparents. I provide a holistic and sympathetic approach to reaching solutions that focus on the client’s needs, as well as the needs of any children involved, providing realistic, down to earth advice.I feel very strongly that my role is to deliver a first class service to clients, advising about various aspects of family law from complex financial matters arising at the breakdown of a relationship to issues involving children or domestic abuse. I pride myself on considering the impact to the client and family members of all aspects of the advice given. I have assisted clients from all walks of life including parents, grandparents and step parents, individuals with significant assets, business people, civil servants, expats and home-makers and strive to provide a flexible and thorough service with clear straightforward advice to all. Taking an empathetic approach my aim is to provide solutions for the person and not just the legal problem, particularly where there are children involved.I am an Accredited member of Resolution committed to a non-confrontational approach to achieve an effective outcome for my clients.
