We are a turn-key builder that helps the homeowner through the entire process; from lot consultation, the design phase, HOA submissions, permits, etc.all the way through move-in and follow up warranty issues. There is nothing more important to us than having integrity in our dealings. As a company, we strive to go beyond what is expected and to treat each project as if it were our own. We also have extensive experience in construction related insurance loss and work with both homeowners and insurance companies in this area.

Kevin and I are both 3rd generation builders, with almost 60 years of combined experience between us and over $60 million in construction projects. We have extensive experience in:1) Complex construction sites and structures2) Hillside/Hilltop construction2) Large Loss Property issues: We work in an advisory capacity on behalf of both homeowners and insurance companies. In addition, we handle commercial, remodels, tenant improvements, large loss rebuilds and homeowner construction consulting. My specific expertise is in marketing, strategy, consulting, contracts and construction related insurance issues.
