About Kimberlee George-Chukwuemeka
Kimberlee is a rising 3L at the UDC David A. Clarke Law School; the world is her oyster. With her thematic area focused on Data privacy, Technology, and Intellectual Property law she wishes to study/gain hands-on experience in the world of technology, entertainment, and IP law. She has adopted an interdisciplinary perspective of approaching counseling, protection, and enforcement. She has not only adopted an open-minded attitude towards data privacy, but she has also realized the importance of multiple actors and agencies to solve world problems. The ability to develop skills of logic, diplomacy, negotiation, conflict management, and legal research from the point of view of multiple actors is a crucial skill to survive in a multilateral legal world.
