About Rachel Kimball

I am a senior at Lafayette College majoring in Neuroscience, with plans to pursue a PsyD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in neuropsychology. My clinical experiences include an internship at Newton Neuropsychology Group, volunteering in a dementia unit, and serving as a crisis counselor with the National Crisis Text Line, where I developed skills in assessment, intervention, and client-centered care.I also bring a strong foundation in research, including my honors thesis examining executive functioning and academic performance in students with ADHD, as well as prior work in eye-tracking and dyslexia research. This background informs my clinical perspective and enhances my ability to integrate evidence-based practices into assessment and intervention.Passionate about education equity, mental health, and neuroscience, I aspire to build a career in pediatric neuropsychology. My ultimate goal is to pursue a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, integrating my interests to positively impact the lives of children.
