My strengths lie in being able to effectively audit a team\'s current processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest/implement new systems and tools to help increase the team\'s ability to exceed goals.As a passionate advocate for creative teams, I prioritize creating a supportive environment where they can excel (which also means being mindful of wellness!). My focus on process improvement and productivity ensures that teams have the resources and structure needed to thrive and feel supported. With a strong love for strategic planning, relationship building, and effective communication, I\'m adept at navigating complex projects and delivering exceptional results.Outside of work, I lead nature gazing hikes as a way to deepen connection to the outdoors and personal wellbeing. I’m also actively looking to support and collaborate on producing events and wellness experiences in the Bay Area, blending my project management expertise with my passion for creating spaces that foster community, creativity, and holistic growth.
