More than 20 years of enterprise technology leadership, and I still spend most of my time at the intersection where executive strategy meets the technical decisions that actually determine whether it works.I am an enterprise AI strategist specializing in Microsoft Copilot implementation, AI governance, and data architecture for organizations in construction, manufacturing, and capital project industries. My current client work includes directing a live, enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment: auditing tenant environments, configuring Microsoft Purview and SharePoint permission boundaries before activation, authoring multi-role prompt libraries, designing training programs for non-technical workforces, and building the governance frameworks that make adoption measurable and defensible. The 89% active adoption rate and up to 75% time reduction on targeted operational tasks in that program are the result of deliberate infrastructure, not optimism.Governance is the part of AI work that most organizations treat as an afterthought and then struggle to retrofit. I treat it as the prerequisite. That means connecting AI programs to enterprise risk expectations, aligning deployments with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO 27001 and 42001 principles, and designing the accountability structures that allow executives to report on AI performance with confidence rather than approximation. As a CIPP/US, privacy-by-design is embedded in how I approach every system, not added at the end.The human side of these programs receives equal weight. I build environments where teams understand the rationale behind decisions, not only the execution steps. Knowledge transfer is embedded into implementation so expertise moves across functions with clarity. Communication is treated as an operational control, not a change management formality, because uncertainty and unaddressed fear are the most reliable predictors of adoption failure.My technical work spans enterprise deployments and integrations across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Workday, Boomi, Snowflake, OneTrust, and Informatica.
