ABOUT KIM A.
Secondary teacher at Forest Moor School,a specialist SEMH setting to supporting students with complex social, emotional and mental health needs. My practice is rooted a belief that behaviour and inclusion sit at the centre of school improvement and educational outcomes.Previously a Curriculum Leader of RE, PSHE and Humanities, I have led curriculum development, mentored trainee teachers and driven subject improvement with a focus on academic rigour and purposeful implementation. My Master’s research enabled innovation within Religious Education, strengthening curriculum design and pedagogical clarity.I am currently completing the NPQLTD (National Professional Qualification for Leading Teacher Development), further developing my expertise in instructional coaching, staff development and evidence-informed practice.My professional interests lie in behaviour, inclusion, teacher development and sustainable leadership.
