Specializing in building rapport and collaborating with individuals and cross functional teams, completed a successful RFP and established a strategic partnership with an Online Program Manager (OPM), co-led a seven-subcommittee implementation team, and meet bi-weekly with the OPM to oversee the academic services division of the partnership, resulting in the launch of nine 100% online graduate programs and the creation of policies and operating procedures for program development, course development, and training and development.
